PaninoCatering is the story of passion, craftsmanship, and the taste of the Mediterranean brought to the United States.

It all started with Zoubaida, originally from Lebanon and later in France, where she opened a sandwich shop in La Roche-sur-Yon. Very quickly, it became a local hotspot: students and residents lined up for her fresh, generous, and unforgettable sandwiches and panini.

In France, we went further: we attended baking school and learned how to craft the true traditional French baguette. This was not just practice – it was professional training that gave us the authentic skills to create the golden, crusty, airy baguette that is a symbol of French culinary heritage. Today, we bring this expertise to the U.S., offering something Americans had never truly experienced before: real French baguette sandwiches, fresh, authentic, and unforgettable.

But one of Zoubaida’s greatest creations is her very own panini bread recipe. Unlike what you’ll find in Italy or the U.S., her “French-style” panini bread is lighter, softer, flatter, yet crispier. Developed in France, loved by her customers, it became an instant hit when introduced in America – a panini style people had never tasted before, and now can’t get enough of.
